WT05 - Toledo’s CW “BRING SOME GREEN INTO YOUR OFFICE SCHEME” Contest
HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Watch WT05, Toledo’s CW weeknights between 8pm and 10pm from Tuesday, April 22nd through Friday, May 16th. Look for the “Green Phrase” – an environmental message – in the commercial breaks. Log on to the contest page at WT05Toledo.com and enter the phrase in the blank where indicated, along with the other information requested, including whether you have a home or business office.

WINNER SELECTION: One entrant will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by 12:01AM on Saturday, May 17th to win the grand prize, an environmentally-friendly Xerox Phaser 8560N printer and 10,000 sheets of Hammermill Great White recycled 8.5” x 11” paper. Approximate value of Grand Prize is $1092.00. Ten runners-up will be randomly selected from all valid entries to receive one of ten prize packages donated by CAD Graphics, Inc. Approximate value of runner-up packages ranges from $1750 - $72.00.

- Cost Analysis of winner’s current office systems to understand and control document costs, supplies and service using Xerox PagePak Service and Supply Plan. Value: Up to $500
- Rapid Print Assessment of winner’s current office systems to possibly reduce current printing costs and improve efficiency. This assessment will identify print assets and illustrate toner coverage. Value: Up to $500
- Professional website design comprised of five pages, including home page, with one (1) year domain name registration and host service. Value: $1750
- Business card design service, including 100 business cards, printed on the Xerox Phaser 8560/N using premier Xerox Business Card Stock. Value: $135
- 100 - 11 x 17 color prints of winner’s digital file printed on the Xerox Phaser 7400 using Cougar Opaque 70# paper. Value: $239

GENERAL RULES: Entrants must be age 18 or older. Open only to residents of Ohio and Michigan. No purchase necessary. Employees of Warner Bros., Twentieth Television, CBS, Sony, The CW, WT05, Block Communications, participating venues, participating retailers, participating radio stations, participating TV stations, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of judges are final. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing(s).
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within (3) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure.
Departure and return times are subject to change. WT05 reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. Only one winner per business. Winners are only eligible for one grand prize per month. WT05 is not responsible for delivering prize if promoter cancels event.
